4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated avatars are produced by third-party artificial intelligence services. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated images may not be accurate representations and may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended content.
  • MiniFigureAI assumes no liability for the content, quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated images.
  • Your photos are transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. We do not control how these providers handle your data beyond our contractual agreements with them.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or distribute AI-generated images.
  • AI-generated images may be subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI provider.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with the Photo Content Policy described in our Privacy Policy. MiniFigureAI reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Users must not:

  • Upload content they do not have rights to.
  • Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive.
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems.
  • Use automated tools to mass-generate content.
  • Circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

  • Upon suspension: access to the service is immediately revoked.
  • Upon termination: all account data, credits, photos, and avatars are permanently deleted.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable after use. Unused credits on accounts terminated due to policy violations are forfeited.
  • You may appeal a suspension by contacting support@minifigureai.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its services — including all AI-generated content — are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiniFigureAI.com, its affiliates, its third-party AI providers, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, its services, or any AI-generated content.
