2. Photos You Upload

2a. Registered Users (with an account)

When you upload a photo to generate an AI avatar, we store both your original photo and the generated avatar image in encrypted cloud storage. The following applies:

  • Original photos are stored to enable transformation experiences on your dashboard.
  • Photos are associated with your account and are not shared with third parties except as described in Section 5.
  • You can delete individual photos and their originals at any time from your dashboard.
  • When you delete your account, all photos, originals, and avatars are permanently deleted from our storage.
  • We use industry-standard encryption for all stored data.

2b. Unregistered Users (no account)

If you generate an avatar without creating an account — including as a guest at an event — the following applies:

  • Your uploaded photo and generated avatar are stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage.
  • Both the original photo and the generated avatar are automatically deleted within 48 hours of generation.
  • We do not associate unregistered uploads with any personal identity, email, or account.
  • We log the generation for usage tracking purposes (style used, timestamp) but this data does not identify you personally.
  • Event guests: your avatar and name (if provided) may be visible on the event's Social Wall for the duration of the event. The event host controls when the event ends.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI avatars, your uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI) for processing. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your photos will be transmitted to third-party AI providers for avatar generation.
  • These providers may process your photos according to their own privacy policies and terms.
  • We do not control how third-party AI providers handle data once transmitted.
  • MiniFigureAI assumes no liability for the processing, storage, or use of your data by third-party AI providers.

4. Photo Content Policy

You may only upload photos of yourself, people who have given you explicit consent, pets, or objects. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Photos of minors without parental or guardian consent.
  • Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
  • Content depicting violence, gore, or harm.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or bullies any individual.
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or extremism.
  • Copyrighted content you do not have rights to use.
  • Content that impersonates another person without their consent.
  • Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and permanent deletion of all associated content. Repeat violations will result in permanent account termination.

5. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process your photo uploads and generate AI avatars.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
  • Communicate updates, promotions, and news about our services.
  • Analyze usage trends to refine our offerings.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating your avatars. We may also share aggregated, anonymized data for research or analytical purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage data. By using our website, you consent to our use of these technologies.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information and uploaded content, including encryption of data at rest and in transit, and access controls that limit who can access your data within our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Shared Avatars & Public Content

Generated avatars may be stored and displayed on your dashboard. If you share an avatar via a share link, it becomes publicly accessible to anyone with that link. Exercise caution when sharing — we are not responsible for the privacy or security of content you choose to share publicly.

10. International Users

If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to these transfers.

11. Analytics
